The challenge
Actionable requests can disappear inside active channels, leaving ownership unclear and reporting dependent on manual follow-up.
What we did
Previous process
Team members copied requests into task tools inconsistently and managers assembled status updates from multiple conversations.
Delivery approach
Classify messages conservatively, ask for confirmation when intent is unclear and keep the source conversation attached to every task.
