This notice explains how Being Push Ltd uses personal information when you browse this website or contact us about a project.
Who we are
Being Push Ltd is the controller responsible for the personal information described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 16137584. Our registered office is 177 Ashburton Avenue, Ilford, England, IG3 9EL. You can contact us at info@beingpush.co.uk.
Information we collect
When you send a project enquiry, we may collect your name, work email, company, website, service interests, indicative budget, timeline and the information you include in your brief. Technical security records may include an IP address, request time and anti-spam result. Please do not include sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to understand and respond to your request, decide whether and how we can work together, maintain related business records, protect the form from abuse and establish or defend legal claims. Our lawful bases will normally be legitimate interests and steps requested before entering into a contract. Where another basis is required, we will identify it.
Who receives it
Authorised BeingPush personnel and contracted service providers may process the information where necessary. The production form is designed to use Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention and Resend for email delivery. Hosting, security and email providers process data under their own contractual and security arrangements. We do not sell enquiry information.
International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we will use an applicable legal safeguard, such as an adequacy regulation or approved contractual protections.
How long we keep it
Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries will normally be deleted or anonymised after 24 months unless a longer period is reasonably needed for legal, security or business-record purposes. Information relating to an active client engagement may be retained for longer under the relevant contract and legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information, restrict or object to processing, and receive portable information. You may contact us to exercise a right. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Marketing
Submitting a project enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We will ask separately if we introduce optional email updates, and you will be able to opt out at any time.
Changes
We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change. The latest version will always be published on this page with its effective date.
Owner review required: This operational draft must be checked before launch against the final hosting, analytics, CRM, email and retention arrangements.
